Well-situated within very easy walking distance of The Pityme Inn pub/restaurant and just a moments’ drive from the glorious sandy beaches, golf courses and local amenities, Seastar provides a great base from which to explore the area.
This wonderful home is found at the beginning of the Rock Road, leading you down towards the waterfront shops, restaurant, and beach activities.
The contemporary living spaces flow throughout the ground floor combining wooden floors, fresh white walls, and calming pastel tones, to create that perfect holiday ambience.
The sleek kitchen and dining area provide a great space to meet your culinary needs with a centre island and handy breakfast bar for your morning coffee.
Slide back the full-length, bifold doors, creating that light and airy feel, encouraging guests to head out onto the patio and garden for some alfresco dining.
Seastar provides two living options with a separate snug/ TV room, filled with board games and books, and a living area with plush sofas, a Smart TV and woodburning stove, perfect for those cooler evenings.

For sailing, power boating and water-skiing head to the Rock Sailing Club or the Camel Sailing and Powerboat Centre.
At Rock you can also catch the ferry across to Padstow to explore this vibrant harbour town and its many fine restaurants, including Rick Steins and Paul Ainsworth.
In the evenings, catch the water taxi home against a backdrop of twinkling lights.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy The St Enodoc Golf Club or The Point at Polzeath Golf Club, both within walking distance from Seastar.

The four bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, king-size with an en-suite shower room, another king-size and a double bunk, as well as a bathroom, ground-floor shower room, open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, sitting area with woodburning stove, and a utility. Outside there is ample parking available and a garden with lawn, patio, hot tub and furniture. The property features underfloor heating with a woodburning stove. The kitchen is home to an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Safe coffee machine and Nutri Bullet. Guests can also find a Smart TV with Netflix and WiFi in the property. The fuel and power is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the cost. Well-behaved pets are welcome at this property. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Please be aware that check-in is from 4:30pm, check-out by 9am. The hot tub is offered for an extra weekly fee and is used at the guests' own risk. Every changeover, the hot tub's water is fully changed, therefore it will take at least 24 hours to reach full temperature. On the second Tuesday of each month, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., water samples are collected for regulatory testing. Please keep in mind that hot tub towels are also not included.
