There is off-road parking and a front patio with furniture, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack of logs for the woodburner are inc in the rent. This property is pet-free and does smoking is not permitted.There is a shop within 1.8 miles, a pub within 1.2 miles and a beach within 3.8 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.8 miles, village pub The Queens Arms 1.2 miles. Railway station is 4 miles away at Weston Super Mare which also has town and beach facilities. Burnham on Sea is also under 9 miles and Cheddar Gorge, Wells Cathedral and Glastonbury are also within reach as is Bristol.. The property offers access to a footpath to the river approx 1 mile away. The area also offers Avon Wildlife Trust and Bleadoin Levels Nature Reserve. Walking is availabl on The Mendip Way and walkers/cyclists/hikers etc are all welcome. Note: This property regrettably cannot not accept pets.
