With a delightful garden and off-road parking, the property is a fantastic base for exploring the town, enjoying outdoor activities, or venturing into the rest of North Wales as a family.

This single-storey detached cottage has three bedrooms including a king-size, a double and single, along with a bathroom. There is also a living/dining room with dining seating for six, a sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen is home to an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Outside, there is a garden with a gravelled area, a patio and a picnic bench to the rear and off-road parking for two cars in the front. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the rent. A shop and pub can be found in 0.4 miles. Make memories in picture-perfect Bala with a stay at Mawnog Fach.

Stayed at Mawnog Fach in July on arrival the property seemed very nice and modern but we had trouble opening the front door and on entering was met by a strange smell possibly blocked drains we also found the water in the shower to be just loot warm beware we were charged an extra £40 3 weeks after...
