The incredibly stylish sitting room is a knock-out introduction to the property with a feature fireplace, wood flooring, wood panelling and an inviting seating area, all adding up to create a truly welcoming space just perfect for gathering together and chilling out.
If you want an alternative space for relaxing, then check out the cosy snug which has a sofa and a TV making it ideal for the kids to take themselves off to if they want to get away from the adults (or the other way round!).
The spacious and immaculate kitchen presents itself as an inspirational space with everything needed to create some delicious food for your holiday party.
The owners of The Arched House really have thought of everything with a delightful and beautifully styled dining area all set up ready for long, sociable meals; you can imagine many happy hours spent here enjoying fine wine, good food and great company.
When bedtime comes, there is a bedroom for everyone and the property offers true flexibility when it comes to its bed provision so no matter what combination of guests you have there will be a boudoir to suit, ranging from king-sizes and twins and even cool children’s bunk beds.
As well as offering an enticing interior, The Arched House offers its guests a superb location within just a few minutes’ walk of the beach, harbour and causeway for which the town is known together with a great choice of shops, boutiques, cafes, tearooms and restaurants.
If you want a drive that is rewarded with plenty of captivating scenery along the way then visit attractions such as Pecorama, Tunnel Tree Tops, Axe Valley Wildlife Park, Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens and Seaton Tramway.
The whole of the Jurassic Coastline is breath-taking so why not take a drive and discover some of the fantastic towns along the way such as Exmouth, Beer, Charmouth, Bridport and Weymouth? The beaches aren’t bad either! The Arched House offers the ultimate holiday home.

Note: If you require either bedroom to be made up as a twin or a king-size please let us know at time of booking. Note: Car parking permit supplied, subject to availability.
We have been contacted by the local council concerning essential works taking place within the car park from the 3rd Feb for approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent.
There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational.
