The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, and a twin (zip/link features to a king-size), along with a main bathroom. Outside there is a front garden with lawn and bench, a side garden with patio and furniture, off-road parking for two cars, and an EV charging point. You'll find a shop and pub within 0.6 miles. One well-behaved dog is welcomed, but please no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot will be available on request. Spinners Cottage is the perfect countryside base in West Yorkshire. Note: The cottage is situated on the owner's land and is accessible via a long bumpy drive approx 300 metres long. Note: Some of the interior doorways are low. The property now features a natural swimming pond and a sauna, both bookable directly with the owner for an additional fee
