The open-plan living space comprises of a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for two and a sitting area with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is a king-size bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is ample off-road parking, an electric car charging point and enclosed shared gardens with a gravelled area, lawn, furniture, barn with fire pit and barbecue. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, WiFi and a pack of logs for the woodburning stove are all included in the rental price. Apologies, but this property doesn't permit smoking.
