Seaside House is a charming modernised Georgian Townhouse, this property boasts a contemporary kitchen and high specification appliances.
Sleeping up to twelve people, makes it great for big family gatherings or holidaying with a group of friends.
With six bath/shower rooms and three reception rooms, and with rooms on the first three floors being spacious with high ceilings, give an air of Georgian splendour, the property has something for everyone and plenty of character.
Take advantage of the kitchen, where you will find plenty of appliances to rustle up meals for your group before making your way to the dining room to eat and discuss your next adventure.
From here, break off to enjoy the sitting room and the snug, each have been thoughtfully decorated and provide the ideal space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.
When sleep calls, head up to the bedrooms for some well-earned rest, which consist of one king on the first floor, one king and one double room on the second-floor, two twin rooms on the third floor, and finally a handy ground-floor double room, perfect for younger or multigenerational families.

Hosting six bedrooms, including a ground-floor family room with double and single bed, a first-floor king with en-suite shower room, a second-floor king with en-suite shower room, a second-floor family room with a double and single bed, a twin with an en-suite cloakroom and a twin. Additionally, there is a ground-floor shower room, a first-floor shower room and a second-floor bathroom. There is also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, a snug and a courtyard with an external utility room. Seaside House is a charming retreat for the whole family to enjoy and relish in the beautiful surroundings of Dorset. Please note: Care must be taken on the top floor of this property as the ceilings are sloped.
Please note: The TV in the dining room is a smart TV only and does not have the standard aerial channels. The TV in the sitting room and the snug do have the standard channels available.
Please note: The stair rails are not suitable for pressure stair gates and these are not provided by the owner nor must they be brought in by guests to use. The rails are not strong enough and a breakage is likely.
