Spacious flat with communal swimming pool inside a lemon grove in Gardone Riviera, a beautiful structure typical of the area.


The flat, located on the first floor within walking distance, opens onto the bright living room, which features a double sofa bed, an armchair, a television, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with oven, kettle, microwave and American coffee machine. From here, guests will be able to access the balcony that features a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first equipped with a comfortable double bed, while the second is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed, and has access to the balcony. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Available to guests are comforts such as independent heating for colder days, free wi-fi, and fans in the bedrooms and living room.

The communal swimming pool is available from 1 June to 15 September.

Guests may use the public car park outside the building.

The residence is located on a street crossed by vehicles.

Of the main tourist resorts on Lake Garda, Gardone Riviera is the ideal town for its cultural, historical and natural attractions. In the town centre, one can admire the magnificent historical palaces that house prestigious hotels and period villas such as the picturesque Villa Alba, and the picturesque villages of Gardone di Sotto and Gardone di Sopra, connected by the Hruska Gardens of the Botanical Garden, a continental floral collection. From the lakeside of Gardone Riviera tourists can take the boat that takes them in a few minutes to the Veronese shore, to Malcesine, where it is possible to take the panoramic cable car to climb to the 1800 metres of Monte Baldo and to the other resorts of Lake Garda.


The train station of Toscolano Maderno is only a 10-minute drive from the flat, while Verona airport is easily reached in 60 minutes.
