The house is adorned with character, from extraordinary oak beams, original oak doors, stone fireplaces, butchers’ rails and woodburning stoves, Y Fferm is a dog-friendly choice for a group or family of nine looking to add a wealth of character to their North Wales escape.
Follow the cobbled path up to the porch area, where you can discard any coats and boots after your journey.
Be welcomed into the large living/dining room, where you can look forward to relaxing on the plush sofas as you recount the days adventures in front of the crackling woodburning stove.
Move through to the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring a beautiful wooodburning stove for cooler evenings, where the chef of the group will have all they need to create a delicious feast, ready to enjoy at the dining table over bottles of celebratory fizz to toast to your unique setting.
On warmer days, why not dine alfresco out in the vast gardens, where you can soak up the sunshine and appreciate the stunning countryside views as your canine companions run and play? Completing the ground floor is a study, where those who want to check in on work can do so thanks to the super-fast WiFi. Make your way up to the first floor, where you can unwind with a soak in the gorgeous freestanding bath, or freshen up in the large walk-in shower, perfect after a day of exploring your surroundings.

The living areas in this historic Grade I listed property consist of a kitchen/diner with range style cooker with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating and woodburning stove, a living/dining room with dining seating and woodburning stove, a study and a second-floor sitting area. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double with a single, a second-floor double and a child two twin room, all with original features, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is vast gardens with patio and furniture and plenty of off-road parking. Within 1 miles there is a shop and 0.9 miles a pub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starters for woodburning stoves, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Y Fferm is a wonderful setting for families wanting to getaway to Wales. Note: Stairs up to the first floor are steep, hand rail available but please take care. Note: Stairs to second floor are uneven and have limited head height, please take care. Note: Beam on the floor on the second floor, please take care. Note: An A road nearby, there may be some road noise. Please note - check out time is 10am

Undeniably you sense the history. However I wasn't expecting the dust in the living room to be quite as historical. See pictures. The freezer definitely needed to be defrosted.
No television in the lounge. The only room with a TV had seating for 2 people. Considering the house was big enough for 9 ...
