Only 5 minutes from the center of Neumarkt – local amenities, grocery stores, pharmacy, tobacconist, gas station, banks, medical care… are available. Winter hiking, cross-country skiing, ice skating, skiing on the Grebenzen (15 minutes), at Kreischberg (30 minutes), in Lachtal (40 minutes). Parking in the courtyard, wood-heated sauna available for an extra charge in the adjacent building (€40), roll and newspaper service possible. Free Wi-Fi, heating, and final cleaning included.
