This lovely penthouse with private terrace is located on the second floor of a typical Positano-style family house. The house is located on the main street Via Corvo so there are no steps to climb to enter the house, a rare quid in Positano. The house is located in the 'Chiesa nuova' district and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the whole town. The house is situated 300 metres from Positano's international bar and mini-market, and small restaurants, a lively area.
The house is a corner of paradise located "in the high Positano", with the privilege of being able to choose both an alternative holiday, off the beaten track.
The house has: fully equipped indoor kitchen with all the necessary amenities such as induction hob, refrigerator, microwave and electric oven, kettle, etc.
The accommodation has a large double bedroom with flat screen TV 40 ', open wardrobe with fine details. Full bathroom with large shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The large outdoor terrace enjoys a wonderful sea view, equipped with sun loungers, outdoor sofas and armchairs, shower, a perfect location for relaxing evenings and romantic dinners. The flat has air conditioning, WiFi and ironing facilities.
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 19:30. For late check-ins after 19:30 there is an extra charge of €30 and €50 after 23:00.
Check-out must be by 10.00 a.m.
Guests must provide identification for P.S.card.
Tourist tax is €2.50 per night per person for the first 7 nights, payable in cash on arrival. Children up to the age of 9 years are exempt.

Thanks to the mild climate and the beauty of the landscape, Positano has been a holiday resort since the time of the Roman Empire. The town is full of stairways and characteristic alleyways that lead from the top of the town down to the beach and where it is a pleasure to spend one's free time strolling and visiting the boutiques, art galleries and limoncello factories.
The main beaches are Spiaggia Grande and Spiaggia di Fornillo, both within walking distance, while worth discovering are: La Porta, Arienzo and San Pietro Laurito, all of which can be reached mainly by sea.
An important highlight, moreover, is the church of Santa Maria Assunta with a magnificent dome made of majolica tiles, where the famous Byzantine icon of the Black Madonna is found inside.

This lovely, modern villa has views from every window. It has to be one of the best views in Positano. We loved the extra large balcony, and the privacy. Our hosts went above and beyond with making sure we had an amazing stay too.

Host were very accommodating for early check-in since we came from Amalfi. Outdoor shower and space was great! The host made many small amenities available upon arrival (dry pasta, can of tomato sauce, coffee, jam etc). The coffee machine made excellent quality coffee!

Absolutely stunning views that were worth the trek up and down the hill! Having that plus the privacy of your own balcony made this place truly spectacular. Communication was great. Having parking included was great. Outdoor shower was perfectly refreshing after making the walk up the stairs. Only complaint we had was that we wish the air conditioning got colder at night. Otherwise beautiful stay!
