Heath Retreat is a wonderful detached bungalow set in the beautiful Sussex countryside, on the outskirts of the village of Buxted.
Boasting an open-plan layout and framing spectacular views of the surrounding greenery, Heath Retreat is the perfect base for groups of families and friends alike.
Follow the private road to reach this fabulous abode, where a large off-road parking area greets you at the foot, offering unspoilt views of the garden and the surrounding treetops.
Stepping inside, be welcomed into the bright and airy open-plan kitchen/living room, equipped with a range of amenities, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and a sitting area providing the perfect place to relax and unwind in front of the television.
The adjoining dining room is a lovely space to tuck-in to a hearty meal with your loved ones, whilst those who prefer to dine alfresco can venture outdoors to the private patio.
When sleep calls, there are three fabulously-appointed bedrooms to choose from, with the master bedroom fit with a double bed and benefiting from access to it's own en-suite, whilst the twin and single share use of the stylish shower room.
You don't have to look further than your immediate surroundings to keep entertained during your stay; pack your trunks and make a splash with a dip in the heated swimming pool.

The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/living room with an electric oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, breakfast bar and a sitting area with a TV and a dining room/conservatory with seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with lawn, patio and furniture and access to large shared grounds with pond, tennis court and heated swimming pool. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Apologies, but this property does not permit smoking. There is a shop within 0.8 miles and a pub within 0.9 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond and stone steps in the garden, please take care and ensure that children are supervised at all times. Note: The washing machine is located in a utility cupboard in the double bedroom. Note: This property does not accept Stags / Hens or similar parties.

Could of been a nice stay minus coming away with car damaged and having trouble getting them to cover fixing it
