Formerly part of the original gamekeeper’s lodge and enjoying a fantastic location on the outskirts of the Royal Sandringham Estate, May Bell Cottage is a superb dwelling for couples or a family of four seeking their next relaxing getaway.
Leave your vehicle in the off-road parking space, before being greeted by a delightful front, Small gravel courtyard with bistro table and chairs, the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee as well as a glass of wine in the evening catching the last bit of the days sun.
Be welcomed into the sitting room, where you can look forward to relaxing on the plush seating in front of the fire as your favourite show plays out on the large TV.
Conjure up delicious feasts for your loved ones in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a handy dishwasher and washing machine, ready to savour at the dining table for four over a bottle of wine.
Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom for your convenience.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting room with electric fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, both with TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a front, Small gravel courtyard gravel (Not enclosed but tethers for dogs are available). Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Wow what can I say! May bell cottage was truly amazing, wonderful location in a beautiful area. Great cottage which is tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this cottage for anyone. We booked it for a birthday celebration and it was just perfect. The welcome pack was greatly received! Thank you to Ann and Richard.
