On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room, a shower room with shower, washbasin, WC and utility room. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a "children's" bedroom with 2 90x190 bunk beds, a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a WC with washbasin and a master suite with 140x190 bed and shower room (shower + washbasin + WC). Outside, you will enjoy a small garden of around 100 m² with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and lounge. For children, there is a slide, baby swing and rocking crocodile. Secure parking for 2 cars (garage + space in front of the garage). Beds are made on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, heating and electricity are €8/day extra. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, 1h30 from Paris, the gite de la Bouvotte is the ideal place for a get-together with family or friends. With a capacity of 8 to 10 people (2 folding beds are available for a supplement of €10/day/person), you'll find all the comforts you need for young and old alike (toys, baby equipment, board games, etc.).
