The residence is right opposite the cycle routes leading to Sirmione and it also offers 3 shared pools, a shared garden, a lovely restaurant and even a theatre for uninterrupted on-site relaxation.
But this is not all, for our active vacationers, the residence has a tennis table and five-a-side football! The apartment itself is located on the first floor and divided into two levels, with an open living on the lower and a sleeping area on the upper level.
Both floors have a bathroom each for added convenience.
There is also a private balcony with open-air dining to unwind and enjoy meals in an intimate and peaceful atmosphere.

Alles in Einem ein wundervoller Urlaub und Aufenthalt. Ein schönes Objekt. Der Pool lädt abends zum entspannen ein. Einziges Manko-fußläufig sind nicht wirklich viele Restaurants erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto kommt man aber entspannt überall hin.

Ein schönes und sauberes Apartment, mit wunderbaren Ansprechpartner. Abwicklung unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde umgehend geholfen. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Anlage gemacht. Die Garage ist gut und nah zu erreichen. einziges Manko-fußläufig sind nicht ganz so viele Restaurants zu erreichen. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 min zentral.

Die Lage ist an sich sehr schön. Allerdings ist es auch Nachts sehr laut aufgrund der Nähe zur Promenadenstraße. Die Pools und auch die Anlage sind gepflegt und sauber.Das Interieur des Appartements ist mittlerweile sehr abgewohnt, insbesondere die Matratzen und die Couch. Die Abbildung der 2 Doppel...
