The Gate House: Sleeps 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 reception room, patio and gardens, parking on the drive, BBQ. Access by arrangement to shared tennis courts.
Ground Floor
Entry into the hall leads to stairs to the upper bedrooms and onwards into the living space.
Sitting room: seating for 4 / 6, log burning fireplace, Smart screen TV.
Kitchen: partly open plan around the corner from the living space.
Includes electric oven and hob, extractor fan, built-in tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine (original pods).
Dining area, table to seat 4.
Downstairs shower room (behind the kitchen): WC, wall in shower cubicle.
First Floor — via the hallway at the front of the home.
Master double room (sleeps 2), king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, en suite bathroom: note open to the room with partial glass divide. WC, sink and roll-top bath with beautiful views over the garden. Super romantic!
Twin bedroom (sleeps 2), two single beds, chest of drawers and hanging hooks.
Outside
A wrap-around garden area (not fully enclosed) sweeps around the cottage. The garden leads around to a hidden sunny patio with table and chairs for four. The hedge has a “peek gap” offering lovely countryside views.

On-drive parking for 2 cars.

Beautifully presented and very comfortable cottage, ideal for Folkestone and the surrounding area. \r\nWell equipped and clean - we had everything we needed.\r\nHosts were friendly but not over bearing - just left us to enjoy our holiday. \r\nWould definately stay again.

The Gate House is on a beautiful country property co-located with a full time home nearby. The home owner was very friendly and helpful with input the nearby sites. Property was as advertised and very comfortable for 4 people.

Wir waren nur sehr kurz im Gate House, nutzten die Unterkunft um uns von der langen Autofahrt aus Cornwall zu erholen und schnell die Verbindung zum Channel-Tunnel zu haben. Trotzdem es so kurz war, können wir es absolut empfehlen. Schönes, kleines Häuschen, mit super bequemem Bett und wundervollem Garten.
