Im Frühjahr 2022 haben wir alle Wohnungen fertiggestellt und liebevoll für dich vorbereitet. Sechs großzügige Wohnungen laden ein zum Innehalten - Wohlfühlen - Urlauben! Ein Lift über alle Etagen bringt dich bequem in deine Unterkunft, zur Haustüre oder in den Untergrund. Die sorgsam bepflanzte Grünfläche ist für alle Gäste im Haus zugänglich und ladet ein zum Sonne tanken, frische Luft atmen und Natur genießen. Die Parkplätze / Garagenplätze sind jeder Wohnung direkt zugewiesen und für den Fahrradraum hast du natürlich einen eigenen Schlüssel. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Beuren - dem zweitgrößten Ortsteil von Salem - und damit im Herzen des Linzgaus. Die Nähe zum Bodensee, die malerische Naturlandschaft und die ruhige Umgebung des Hinterlandes spielt hier bei uns in einer fantastischen Symbiose und Harmonie zusammen!
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information
Please note that the prices do not include the tourims tax. Should a tourism tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

Wunderschöne, neu gebaute Ferienwohnung etwas abseits vom Bodensee. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber, komplette Grundausstattung ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Apfelsaft aus hofeigener Produktion.
Toll war auch, daß man morgens Sonne auf der am Schlafzimmer gelegenen, überdachten Terrasse und ab Mittag dann auf der großen, überdachten Terrasse.
Fliegengitter an den Türen und Fenstern wären noch schön gewesen.
