This 3-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue. Have an evening glass of wine on your terrace while enjoying spectacular sea views! The beach is just 600 m away. A parking space is available in a garage. Pets are allowed for a fee. The swimming pool is currently being remodeled and it can therefore not be used. Beach/pool towels are provided. Outside of the summer season, the villa can be rented as a studio apartment with a 40% discount (1 bedroom on the ground floor, a kitchen, and a terrace); the 1st floor with 3 bedrooms will be closed.
