The holiday apartment Bilocale Prunalbois located in Castiglion Fibocchi, in a strategic position between Valdarno, Casentino, Arezzo and Val di Chiana.
This apartment is part of the Poggio Primo farmhouse, located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the Pratomagno valley.
The structure, dating back to 1800, is an old farmhouse.
It is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
This 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are available for an extra fee. A table tennis game and a shared laundry room are also available on the property. The apartment is part of the farmhouse Poggio Primo, a typical Tuscan country house, runned by Marini's family. Shared laundry room (service at an additional cost). Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop.
For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building.
The boiler is located outside the property. 2 fans: ceiling fan and portable fan. The property gives access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open from mid-May to September, please note that opening periods may change depending on weather conditions), a garden, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower. Free guided tastings are offered, with the possibility of purchasing local products on site.

It is possible to do wine and oil tastings, and winery tours. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed for a fee. Air conditioning is not necessary as the property is well-ventilated. This property has an electric induction stove. Childcare is available. We offer two types of breakfast for an extra fee: a standard option that includes a cornetto and a cappuccino or other hot drink, and a continental breakfast available at an additional cost.

Mir hat die Gastfreundschaft und der reibungslose Check In gefallen.
Die Lage.
Die Austattung ist sehr einfach, ist sehr abgenutzt und alt.
An sich ist das Bauernhaus absolut in Ordnung.
Nur muss die Einrichtung entsprechend gewartet und repariert werden.
Es muss auch mal geputzt und gewischt werden.
Kochen und Selbstversorgung sind nur bedingt möglich.
Keine Basics wie Ka...

Een mooie accommodatie met prachtig uitzicht over het Toscaanse landschap. Fijn zwembad en een grote tuin waar je lekker kunt zitten en kinderen kunnen spelen.
Er is een bar waar je kunt ontbijten en wijn, ijs en kleine snacks kunt kopen.
De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het is zeer de moeite waard om een wijnproeverij op locatie te doen.
Geweldige vakantie gehad!
Het sanitair is aan vernieuwing toe.
