Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wirklich traumhaft. Gute Restaurants und Minimarkt in der Nähe sind fussläufig erreichbar. Garagenparkplatz in der Nähe.
Die schrägen Decken, vor allem im Bad kann man nicht aufrecht (1,70m) am Waschbecken stehen. Schwarze schimmelige Flecken in der Dusche. Verdreckter Lüfter im Bad. Es scheint eine privat genutzte Wohnung zu sein, wo man persönliche Dinge vom Bewohner findet. 4 Frühstücksmesser für 4 Personen sind zu wenig, ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Schimmel . Starker Geruch in allen Zimmern nach Urin. Zum Duschen reicht der Wasserdruck in der sehr stark verschimmelten Dusche nicht aus. Kommen nur Tropfen. Deckenhöhe gesamt nicht mehr als 1,60 Meter. Bestimmt 100 mal den Kopf angestossen und das bei 173 cm .Einfach Grausam . Mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen.
