Das Haus, im klassischen alten Stiel, ist schön renoviert und im Inneren gut ausgestattet. Wer es mag mit einem feinen Kamin, oder doch lieber bequemer mit Pelletofen, beides ist möglich.
Die Sicht vom Hang zum See und der umliegenden Berg...
Die Bilder, bezüglich der Außenaufnahme, täuschen ein wenig. Das Haus befindet sich nicht in einer Alleinlage.
Es ist quasi eine kleine Doppelhaushälfte, in direkter Umgebung von weiteren Häuser in einem Weiler.
