In summer you can sunbathe at the Flevostrand (3.8 km) and you can play golf at the nearby golf club (300 m). Thanks to its central location Amsterdam and Utrecht are also possibilities.

A charging point for electric cars is available; in connection safety it is prohibited to charge an electric car via the holiday home's regular power network of the holiday home.

Organising student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited. This holiday home is available exclusively for recreational purposes. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation fees will be charged
