This wooden cottage offers you enough space to unfold and spend a vacation full of peace and relaxation together with your companion. Inside this nature-oriented house you will find an authentic cottage design, with heartfelt details and bright atmosphere created thanks to the large window front. Thus, make yourself comfortable on the sofa set, read a book, play board games or just let your mind wander to nowhere. Enjoy your time outdoors on the large terrace, where you can barbecue together while admiring the view of the fjord. In addition, you also have access to a sauna and a whirlpool. The whirlpool can be enjoyed in spring, summer and autumn.
With this perfect base, you will be greeted with great opportunities for outdoor activities during the summer and winter months. Directly in front of the cottage is a wonderful hiking area, so you can explore the outdoors right away in the warmer months or head inland to the gorgeous terrain on cross-country skis in the winter. There are also all sorts of opportunities for fishing on the fjord, where you can grab seasonal fish, both pollock, cod and halibut. If you prefer to try your luck after freshwater fishing, Østervikvannet / Duorggajavri is a good starting point for fishing for trout and char.On hot summer days you can enjoy a nice sandy beach in Botn, 3 km from the cabin, or hike to the fjord below the cabin. From the cabin you can easily reach the two towns in the area, Harstad and Narvik, where you can expect all the offerings you expect from a city, both stores of all kinds, restaurants, museums and activities. Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Feriehaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der Terasse oder vom Esstisch ist einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und die Sauna haben wir gern genutzt. Empfehlen können wir den kleinen Strand ganz in der Nähe auf der Halbinsel. Ein besondere Dank an unseren Vermieter für seine überaus freundliche Hilfe danach.
