Uns hat der Pool und die schöne Aussicht vom Balkon gefallen.
Leider war das Haus sehr dreckig und wies einen hohen Renovierungsstau auf. Wir haben für den Mietpreis einen andere Qualität erwartet und wurden leider sehr enttäuscht.

Het uitzicht blijft het gehele verblijf adembenemend. De wifi is in het woongedeelte sterk. Op 10 minuten loopafstand winkeltjes en restaurants. Mooie baai om te zwemmen op 5 minuten lopen. Ruim en licht huis. Goede locatie om Mallorca te verkennen (met auto).
In de meivakantie is het zwembad water nog te koud. Het is niet verwarmd.
Wifi bereik in de slaapkamers was wel fijn geweest.
Het huis is niet geschikt is voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Met name het grote balkon zonder hek en de trap zonder leuningen is belangrijk om te weten als je met kleine kinderen reist.

Das Haus steht an toller Lage mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Zu Fuss erreicht man in 10Min die Fussgängerzone, mit Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten und eine kleine Bucht die zum schnorcheln einlädt. Auch ein kleiner Strand ist in 10Min zu erreichen. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Betten...
Der Pool ist zu kalt und zu klein zum Schwimmen. Die Terrasse ist dem Wind ausgesetzt und hat KEIN Sonnendach. Im Haus riecht es streng nach Lufterfrischer. Der Geschirrspühler hat nicht sauber gewaschen. Der Boden war beim Einzug dreckig.
