The Quercia Grossa house is about 3 km from roccatederighi and is a delightful typical Tuscan country house.
It is in a common property of two lodgings completely separated by separate gates and fences and facing each other. it overlooks a beautiful panorama of the Tuscan Maremma with a sea view at an elevation of about 450 meters above sea level Normally summers allow for pleasant weather while in May and September the weather can be unstable, so it is advisable to bring heavy clothing.
To reach the accommodation there is a dirt road of about 100 meters in good condition, except for adverse weather conditions that may damage the road surface and create small potholes; therefore, it is not recommended to drive along it with very low cars.
The accommodation is not equipped with heating or air conditioning Additional services include Wi-Fi, fan, washing machine, and satellite TV.
The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with swimming pool (6x4 m), patio, garden, balcony, and stone barbecue.

Super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, der Pool war auch sehr sauber und erfrischend.Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar, unkomplizierter Ablauf.
Es war soooo heiß, leider auch im Haus, vorallem nachts! Und für zwei Schlafzimmer leider nur ein Ventilator. Und leider links und rechts neben dem Haus aggressive Hunde, die Tag und Nacht im Garten sind und bellen. Straße zum Haus sehr schlecht zu befahren, nur mit SUV möglich.

Het huis is gedateerd maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is geweldig en ligt in een grote tuin met twee terrassen. Het zwembad wordt dagelijks gereinigd. Er is wel veel hoogte verschil in de tuin met diverse trapjes met ongelijke treden. 's Avonds is de tuin mooi verlicht al is het zoe...
