Ground floor: Lounge: with SKY TV and wood burner, sofa and 2 armchairs. Kitchen: with induction hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave leading to the Dining room: with dining table and wood burner with double doors out to the garden. WC.
First floor: 1 double with ensuite shower, WC and wash basin and 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Outside: enclosed rear garden with flower beds, “beach hut” shed. Amenities: Wifi. Pets permitted at £20.00 per pet (small dog bed provided), per week, bed linen and towels provided. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.. Travel cot (please bring own bedding). Location: beach a 4-minute stroll, local shops a 6-minute stroll.

Nice cottage good location well suited for a family of 3 or 4, a bit of a squeeze for 4 adults but manageable. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Marked a point down for each of (a) comfort: very soft mattress topper on double bed hiding mattress that needs replaced (b) condition: shower needed servicing, some blinds need service...
