Welcome to The Annexe on Morris Street — a bright, comfortable space in one of Sheringham’s most peaceful residential streets. Just a short, level walk from the beach, high street, cafés and the coastal path, this is the perfect base for exploring the North Norfolk coast. With private parking, WiFi and a dog‑friendly setup, it’s ideal for couples, solo travellers or small families looking for a relaxed coastal break. Inside, you’ll find a spacious lounge and dining area, a sunny conservatory, a well‑equipped kitchen and a large ground‑floor king bedroom. Upstairs is a cosy single room tucked into the eaves — great for a child, teen or an additional adult. Everything is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable, whether you’re here for beach days, coastal walks or simply unwinding by the sea.
Ground Floor, with front door leading into the conservatory with door to open plan lounge/dining room with Smart TV and comfortable sofa with staircase, door to inner lobby with door to kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and microwave, door to family bathroom with walk-in shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Door with 2 steps to bedroom with king size bed.

Outside. Allocated parking space for 1 car. Please note there is no access to the garden.
Please note: Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Travel cot available (please bring own bedding). High chair available. In the conservatory there is a door to attached separate Main House conservatory. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Location: beach 0.1 miles, cafes and shops a 2-minute stroll. Train station a 5- minute walk.

Second time at this property ideally located near the centre of Sheringham and also a 2 minute walk to the sea front. Off street parking provided. Property was clean and well appointed with all the essentials for a weeks stay. Key collection on arrival and drop off on departure at office in town centre a 2 minute walk away.

This is our 3rd stay at Morris house, it’s handy for town and sea, has everything you may need .
Our only comment this year would be that the garden needed attention, lots of leaves around the seating area and an overgrown bundles that we had to cut back. Maybe you need new gardeners!?

Lovely house, very spacious. As an extended family with 3 young children we were able to have my son and his family in the annexe and my other son and his family were self contained on the top floor.
