A beautifully presented, ground-floor property located just yards from the town centre, but in a very peaceful location, tucked away from the passing traffic. It is comfortably furnished and very well equipped offering the added benefit of sloped access, extra-wide doorways and no threshold step to the front door and the benefit of a wet room, this bungalow would suit those with walking difficulties and wheelchair users. Situated in a lane behind St Peter's Church, the seafront gardens, shops and railway are all within easy, level reach.
Ground floor: Front door opening into: open plan living/dining and kitchen. Lounge: with comfortable sofas, TV/DVD player and dining table and four chairs. Kitchen: with electric cooker, under counter larder fridge, counter top freezer, air fryer, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. Hallway to: Double bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and door leading to small rear courtyard garden. Single bedroom: with single bed with an additional stowaway bed underneath, bedside cabinet and small wardrobe . Family wet room/shower room: with walk in shower, WC and wash basin (please note there are no grab rails beside WC).
Please note: Outside: small patio with access via double bedroom. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi available. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Parking. Location: beach 400 metres, pubs and shops a 3-minute stroll.

When entering this property it was clean and inviting. Very well equipped and plenty of room. The shower was great for my husband who has walking problems. Very happy to recommend this holiday bungalow \r\n

We love coming to Sheringham and staying in the Old Bakehouse. It is like coming home. Sheringham is such a friendly town.
