Immersed in the enchanting Tuscan countryside, Villa del Fattore is part of the estate La Gigliola that dominates the rolling hills with its geometry of vineyards, its forests of ancient oaks and olive groves.

The villa consists of a large double bedroom, a comfortable twin bedroom, living room with sofa bed, fireplace, flat screen TV, dining room and a kitchen equipped with four burners, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine.
The private garden, equipped with chairs, table and umbrella, will make the customer enjoy beautiful moments in the warm summer evenings of Chianti.

The swimming pool is open from June to September according to weather conditions. Services: wifi, private parking, heating, baby cribs and high chairs, shared pool, pets allowed. The property also provides tennis court, bocce ball track and table tennis. Do not miss the visit to the cellars where fine wines rest before being bottled. 70 hectares of vineyards cultivated wisely give Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Merlot, Syrah, Colorino, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia grapes, from which are produced fine wines of great body and sincerity. From Frantoiano, Moraiolo, Maremmano and Pendolino olives is produced one of the most fragrant and full bodied Italian oils. Located just 20 kilometers from Florence La Limonaia is in a favorable position that allows you to quickly reach Siena (65 km), Monteriggioni, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa (55 km) and Versilia.

Das Haus und das gesamte Anwesen war ein Traum, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Die Internetverbindung vor Ort war leider nicht gut, was jedoch wahrscheinlich einfach an der Lage des Anwesens liegt.

The pool was nice and the location is good for exploring around Florence and Tuscany
The villa has not been maintained very well over the years. Lacked any basic needs. Place was not very clean when arrived. Fridge was off.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und geschmackvoll toskanisch eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem, und es war ein Traum morgens ganz alleine im großen Pool seine Bahnen zu ziehen.
Der Haustechniker war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Vermieterin war nicht wirklich unfreundlich, aber ruppig und desinteressiert. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir erst einmal jemanden suchen, der uns empfängt. Es gab keine wirkliche Einweisung, wo die Mülltonnen stehen und wo man Wäsche waschen kann. Die Kommunikation war insgesamt schwierig.
