A baby cot is also available. A 2-minute walk away you will find the magnificent beach Las Canteras.
Very close to the property there is also the Puerto market with a wide gastronomic offer.
Bus stops can be reached within a 2-minute walk. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Parties and loud noise that may disturb the other residents of the building or the neighbourhood (which is very quiet) are prohibited. It is mandatory to take out the garbage before check-out.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Der Strand quasi vor der Haustür. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Die Küche könnte mit Geschirr noch besser ausgestattet werden. Alle notwendigen Elektrogeräte sind vorhanden. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut gefallen. Ankunftsdatum - 8. Februar 2024

Die Wohnung ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Alle Räume waren sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine...
