The chalet has been completely renovated, and has the typical features of the alpine valleys, made of wood and stone.

The materials used are exclusively natural, found locally.

The dwelling is arranged on two floors.

Opposite the old pasture fountain is the living room, a comfortable relaxation area from which one can enjoy the view of the beech forest.

Also on the ground floor is the spacious kitchen with wood-burning stove, finely furnished with rustic furniture belonging to the old farmhouse that has been restored and adapted, and a small cellar.

On the upper floor are two rooms, one of which is a double room, whose window enjoys the view of the entire valley.

The second room is very large with two single beds, and has carefully designed windowed walls to allow a fusion of outdoor forest and indoor environment. A small, solitary farmstead, surrounded by a large pasture and a beech and larch forest.

Situated at 1,200 m above sea level, in the central area of the Fersina valley, the hut enjoys a full view of the Mocheni valley and the Lagorai chain.

The place is particularly suitable for a pleasant stay in absolute serenity, with the possibility of experiencing all the emotions and the many activities that the mountains offer, in all seasons of the year, winter included, since the farmhouse has every comfort, is excellently heated and the access road is kept perfectly passable.

From the farmhouse, located in the small valley, Trento, the lake district and the areas equipped for all winter sports, including the Dolomites, can be reached in a short time.
