The two bedrooms include a master bedroom and a double bed on a mezzanine.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi indoors and outdoors, air conditioning, fan, dedicated workspace for home office, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and two smart TVs with streaming services. You have access to a private outdoor area with a pool (3 m x 2 m), garden, and barbecue.
There is also a loggia and a veranda for outdoor relaxation.
The property extends over 5 hectares of private land with an olive grove.
Two parking spaces are available, and two more can be provided upon request free of charge.
Families with children are welcome.
Groups of young people are not allowed, and guests under 25 years old cannot book the property.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm.
