The flat has a large outdoor terrace with a panoramic view over the town of Positano. A breathtaking panorama over the entire coastline as far as the Faraglioni of Capri!

The house is reached via stairs, about 80 steps, from the main street Via Marconi.

The locality "Sponda" is teeming with cafes with panoramic views, bars, restaurants and shops of Positano shopping.

The SPACE
The house is arranged on one level, upon entering we find a large living room kitchen with double sofa bed, flat screen TV and sideboard. The living room is directly connected to the outside terrace through a large French window. The kitchen, in Vietri style, is furnished with modern furniture and includes a fridge with freezer, sink, washing machine and dishwasher. Table for 6 people with chairs.

. Along the corridor we find:

1 bedroom: king-size bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning

2 bedroom :king-size bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning.

Both rooms have a French window leading to the outside terrace.

The house has two full bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer.

The house comes with bed linen, towels and kitchenware.

Wifi connection with fibre.

Check-in is available from 14.00 to 19.30.

For late check-ins after 19:30 there will be an extra charge of €30, after 23:00 an extra charge of €50.

Check-out is until 10.00 a.m.

Tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable locally.

Parking is available nearby at the Mandara car park.

Customers must provide ID on arrival.
