There is a parking space available on the property, as well as a parking area for motorbikes and bicycles. Parties and events are allowed, but you must contact the owner in advance to organise them.
If additional guests attend due to parties or events, an extra fee will be charged.
Groups of young people under 25 years old and pets are not allowed. To reach the accommodation, you have to drive on a dirt road.
You must dispose of all your rubbish and waste in the designated places.
Please note that during your stay, there may be government regulations regarding water usage, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation or limit the use of tap water.
