L'Atelier de Pierre is a magnificent "canut" apartment in the famous Croix Rousse district. The entrance opens onto a vast living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area.
On the first floor, the first bedroom can be made into a double or twin. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. Two further bedrooms with double beds and an office area are located on the mezzanine. The apartment is bathed in light thanks to large windows in the living area and overlooks an inner courtyard. You're assured of a peaceful stay in the heart of the city.

L'Atelier de Pierre is just 5 minutes from the Croix-Rousse metro stop and the Jardin du Gros Cailloux. You can quickly reach the city center by metro.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

L'Atelier de Pierre is managed by Cocoonr Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, its operation and hand over the keys.

Other remarks:
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.

To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea and herbal tea bags.
