- Mobilar alt/ unbequem / unpraktisch/ abgewohnt/ kaum Stauraum
- Stühle innen und aussen keine Auflagen
- Balkontisch wackelt
- Badezimmertüren lassen sich nicht schliessen
- Wasserschaden Bad / Fussboden immer nass
- Duschbrausenhalterung defekt (abgerostet)

Tolle Lage, super Blick, schöner Balkon.
Es darf einen nicht stören, wenn unterhalb des Balkons der Restaurantbetrieb auf der Terrasse läuft.
Ein kleiner Topf, ein Wasserkocher und in Schäler wären gut.
Ein kleines Auto und keine Angst vor vor engen, steilen Straßen ist von Vorteil.
