The three-bedroom villa is fully equipped to host up to 6 guests.
It has 3 spacious bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, a beautiful well equipped kitchen with peninsula and a living room with large windows to ensure a magnificent view of the pool.
Outside you find a porch with sunbeds and outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, barbecue, large private garden of approximately 800 mt and 2 parking spaces included. *Check-in: 15:00-17:00 *Check-out: 09:30 °Services included: -Final cleaning -Bed and bathroom linen °Services/items not included-Mandatory>to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency: -Security deposit: 300eur>to be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection -City tax °Services/items not included-Optional>to be requested in advance and paid in cash upon arrival at the agency: -1 pet allowed>50eur per week °Swimming pool is open seasonally (mid May/early October): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance. °Please note that from September to mid-June, construction or renovation work may take place on the island.

Eleonora von Albavacanze hat alles perfekt organisiert und sich super um uns gekümmert. Die Ferienvilla ist perfekt gelegen und es gibt nichts daran auszusetzen. Sehr sauber innen wie aussen.
