Our sunny vacation apartment, approximately 50 sq m, offers space for 1 to 5 people.
The cozy eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, and flat-screen TV invites you to relax.
Integrated into this area is a kitchenette with 2 hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bread roll warmer, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment.
Naturally, you will also find all necessary dishes and a dining area with a corner bench and two chairs.
The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single daybed.
An extra guest bed can be placed next to this daybed, allowing two children to sleep in the room.
Our beautiful, sunny balcony with garden furniture and, if needed, a parasol, can be accessed from both rooms.
Pets are allowed only upon request.
Kitchen equipment: Kettle, kitchen utensils.
Our house is located above the old town, yet centrally situated and reachable within approx. 7 minutes on foot.
The house view shows the valley perspective.
Your sunny balcony is on the left side, offering views of our small valley, a part of the town, and the surrounding area.
The entrances to the house and the vacation apartment are on the ground floor.
From our house, you can easily reach all important sights on foot, e.g., approx. 10-15 minutes to Albrechtsburg Castle/Cathedral and approx. 20 minutes to the Porcelain Manufactory.
Furthermore, we are a good starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings, such as Moritzburg Castle or the vineyards in the Elbe Valley.
You can also quickly and conveniently reach Saxon Switzerland by S-Bahn (suburban train).
Payment is due on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
Arrival is possible between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Departure is possible until 10:00 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.
Key handover is done in person on-site.
Pets are welcome upon request for an additional €3.50 per pet/night.
A baby bed can be provided upon request (free of charge).
An extra bed can be provided upon request (for an additional charge of €6/night).
The visitor's tax of €1.50 per person (from 18 years)/night will be charged additionally on-site.
Rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, and a flat rate for electricity, gas, water, and heating.
