The villa Rosimeli in Ispica is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 13 people.
In case of more than 10 guests staying, there are 3 additional beds in an annexe adjacent to the villa.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
Next to the pool there is also a covered outdoor kitchen. The property is located 150m from the beach.
There are also a rotisserie and a petrol station 150m from the villa.
Furthermore, 800m from the structure you will find an area with supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, tobacconists, etc.
On the coast, you can rent equipment for kite surfing and various summer activities and there is also a boat rental (services upon request). Free parking is available on the street. Fint utekjøkken som passer til småbarnsfamilier.
Veldig harde senger. Lite varmtvann. Ikke oppvaskemaskin. Ikke varmtvann i utekjøkken så alt som skulle vaskes opp måtte bæres forbi basseng og inn i hus. Basseng ble rengjort bare 1 gang på 1 uke.

The outside kitchen was absolutely great! The pool was fresh and very nice. The host helped us when we have questions about things to do. We loved our stay on Sicilien and in our house. ☀️
