You also have a breakfast room which is part of the modern extension, this bright and airy space features a dining table and additional easy seating.
A well-equipped kitchen with an excellent range of appliances and equipment, ideal if you want to cook up a feast while on holiday.
You’ll find a modern boot room with a bench and coat hooks for your walking gear as well as two further bathrooms, one with large walk-in shower and the second with shower over the bath.
From the breakfast room, patio doors look onto a spacious patio/garden with garden furniture.

Lovely relaxing break, cosy, accommodating, good location & explored many of the wonders of the Lake District. Exceptional value for money with eating in the black lion pub directly opposite cottage with excellent service & welcome.

Fantastic cottage everything we needed lovely welcome pack wine fruit coffee biscuits cheese bananas etc wee pub across the road served meals house was very large quite and peaceful, log fire we used once as weather was fantastic, would recommend anyone going comfortable beds baths showers only thing was coming out the bedroom a stair and if you forgot coul fall downstairs but I would go back
