The Clealings is a stunning Dormer bungalow situated in the old market town of Witney.
The stunning location and acres of land that surround it make this the ideal retreat for a stay in the Cotswolds.
You will feel right at home as soon as you pull into the driveway and unload your vehicle.
To the left of the front door is the cosy sitting room - perfect for an afternoon nap or a content evening with a glass of wine in front of the TV.
Also included in this room is a small library filled with books and DVDs, great for keeping the children entertained.
As you continue to the left of the room, you will discover the well-equipped kitchen/dining area.
You can indulge in only the best meals prepared by the chefs of the party with the large conservatory dining table which seats 10 people.
Once you return to the entrance hall and continue around to the right, you will come to a landing to your left, where stairs lead to the first floor.
Upon reaching this floor of the property, you will find Bathroom 1 to your left, with a bath and a walk-in shower, as well as a basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 lies opposite and has a King-size bed and a fixed cot.
Bedroom 1 is accessed via a door to the rear of this room and is equipped with two twin singles, whilst looking over the acres of land that surround the property.
Back on the ground floor of the property and to your left is Bathroom 2, which has a bath, walk-in shower, basin and a WC.
Next to this is a downstairs Cloakroom which has a basin and WC.
Directly at the end of the hall is Bedroom 3; a King-size bedroom, beautifully decorated and suitable for anybody who stays there.
Adjacent is Bedroom 4, which is another King-size room equipped with a fixed cot.
Finally, is Bedroom 5, which is a twin room- gorgeously decorated - ideal for kids.
Take some time outside to relax and unwind if you wish.

The Clearings is a holiday cottage situated in Ducklington, Oxfordshire. Enjoys views from all rooms across the huge gardens and fields beyond. Inside the owners have created a sleek and contemporary home with many period features still present. The property opens up to a living room with a wood burning fire, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, as well as an external games room that acts as a second sitting room and games room complete with a pool table. On the ground floor you will find two king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom accessed via the double bedroom. Outside has a vast garden with a children’s play area nearby. Parking is available at the property. The Clearings is an excellent property for friend and family vacations.
Note: The extra twin room is only accessible via bedroom 4.
Note: No hen or stag parties allowed and we ask all guest to be considerate to neighbours in the village with no loud noise. Note: This property requires a refundable good housekeeping bond of £500.
