Renovated to a magnificent standard, with high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout and enjoying close proximity to the island's most desirable attractions, Cliffview provides an excellent base for a couple seeking a coastal retreat or a small family as there are two sofa beds in the living room. Park up on the roadside and make your way through the communal entrance leading to your new home-from-home. A day filled with adventure calls for rest, so move through the property and enter into the fabulous open-plan living area, flooded with light welcomed in through the traditional bay windows and thoughtfully laid-out with a pair of plush sofa beds taking centre stage, enticing you to put your feet up with a cup of tea. You'll find the well-designed kitchen equipped with all of the essential amenities to assist with your self-catering needs, and a sunny dining area idyllically situated in the window providing views out to sea; the perfect spot to enjoy a romantic meal for two. The bathroom exudes elegance, with eye-catching tiling and an exquisite freestanding bath; pour in the bubbles and indulge in a blissful soak at the end of another exciting day. The sumptuous double bedroom is positioned across the way, where you can catch your rest ahead of a new day of exploration. If you fancy taking a break from doing the cooking one evening, take the short stroll into the centre of Ventnor and treat yourselves to an indulgent meal at one of the many eateries on offer; tuck-in to a spot of pub grub at The Blenheim, or visit The Spyglass Inn, where you can dine with an unspoilt view of the glistening waters of Ventnor Bay. There is an open-plan living space with a sofa bed that sleeps two, a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for two and a sitting area with a TV. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, there is roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. There is a shop and pub within 0.1 mile, and a beach within 0.3. Apartment 5, Cliffview is a wonderful base from which to explore the delights of the Isle of Wight. Note: There is a step up into the bathroom, please take care. It is helpful to note there is a pay and display car park 2 min away and Isle of Wight tourist parking permits can be purchased on the council website - This is helpful if travelling around the island https://beta.iow.gov.uk/parking/permits/parking-permits. Note: There will be scaffolding outside of the building for external decoration for 5 weeks from the 21st October. Note: This property is only suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Apartment well equipped.. didn't like shower over bath with curtain round (looks nice but not practical and bath looking very discoloured).. parking car on road pain every time you went out couldn't get a space and had to leave in pay and display 10 mins away. Cobwebs in hall so not cleaned thorough...
