The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There are two double bedrooms and a shower room. On the first floor you will have access to a private patio with furniture, parking is also available. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A permit is provided for use in the Dartmouth Park and Ride situated 5 mins drive from the property.
