This property does NOT accept check in on a Sunday. The living space includes a kitchen/diner with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dining seating for six and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower, a standard double and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is an enclosed courtyard. One dedicated private off-road parking space free of charge that's 2-3 minute walk from the house and that further additional paid parking is available in the nearby public car park. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles there is a pub. This property does not accept pets or smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. For a superb getaway to the city of York, look no further than The Townhouse. Please note, this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility due to a number of steep stairs.
