Enjoying a superb location on the fringes of the Forest of Bowland AONB and a good selection of local amenities right on your doorstep, Market Lounge is an ideal base for two couples, a family of four, or four adults who are looking to explore this scenic region.
Be welcomed into the contemporary living space, where you can look forward to conjuring up flavourful feasts in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a handy washer/dryer, ready to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar over a bottle of wine.
After a hearty meal, gather your loved ones on the plush seating and select a family favourite from the Smart TV, the sofa also converts into a sofa bed and can sleep two adult guests! Wash away the day with a refreshing shower, before climbing in between the sheets of the king-size bed, there is also a Smart TV available in this room for those lazy Sunday mornings spent in front of your favourite shows.

Market Lounge is right in the centre of Clitheroe. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dining seating for four, and a sitting room with sofa bed sleeping two guests, Smart TV and Juliette balcony. There is a king-size bedroom with Smart TV and a shower room. Outside there is a shared patio area and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of £150.00 at this property.
