The family bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The ground floor hosts a cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail and WC, a kitchen/diner, utility and two sitting room. Heating is power by gas with partial underfloor heating in all bathrooms and kitchen amenities include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst the utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests have access to two Smart TVs, Playstation, WiFi and pool table for entertainment. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in rent.
