The living areas in the three-storey property include a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for two people and a sitting area with a Juliet balcony, TV and electric fire. There is a second-floor bedroom with a free standing bath and en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and bike storage. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.5, the beach. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Portside is a romantic rest spot for two along Dorset's iconic coast. Note: There are low level ceilings in the bedroom, please take care. Note: Check-in at 5.00pm, check-out by 10.00am. Please note; There are two flight on internal stairs - one leading up to the living/kitchen area and another up to the bedroom/shower room - may not be suitable for people of limited mobility.
