Set across one level and hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size and a single, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four three people. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room. The kitchen is fit with an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV (apps such ITV Hub, Iplayer, Prime etc. Viewing is only via these apps, some of these will show live TV, others just catch up. WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and use of the electric central heating are all included in the rent. Outside there is off-road parking for two small cars or 1 medium car. and an enclosed garden with patio, gravelled area, firepit, barbeque and furniture. For your local amenities, there is a shop in 2.6 miles and a pub in 1.4 miles. Pets are permitted however smoking is not. Enjoy a romantic retreat to Kent with a stay at Sleepy Hollow. Great house and owner but quite rural. Access road very narrow even by European standards. Owner lives next door and came over and introduced himself. Would definitely come again
