Resting on the outskirts of St Austell, Cornwall in a restored, historical building is this fantastic property, Water Wheels.
Just over 5 miles from the centre of St Austell and 7 miles from the harbour village of Charlestown and the beautiful beach at Carlyon Bay.
Due to the location it is a perfect spot for exploring the whole of Cornwall.
The perfect dwelling for a family of six, Water Wheels offers ground-floor bedrooms, along with access to fascinating nearby attractions and coastal delights.
You will be met by ample off-road parking on arrival, where you can leave your car before heading inside the wonderful abode.
The kitchen/diner offers all the essential appliances, including an electric cooker and four-slice toaster, needed to make nourishing meals for all to enjoy at the adjacent dining table.
The lower-ground-floor living room offers a table seating six, for those family board games, along with a large corner sofa, Smart TV and electric log effect fire; making for an ideal space for socialising and relaxation! The shower room is also on this floor.
When night falls, climb the stairs to choose between three fabulous bedrooms to rest in, with the first one being a super-king-size, another being a twin, and lastly, a twin consisting of zip/link beds which can be turned into a super-king-size to coincide with your sleeping arrangements.

The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size, a ground-floor twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) and another ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is a private patio with furniture and ample off-road parking. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, you will find a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A selection of books, games and DVDs are available at the property. A highchair and travel cot are also available on request. A stay brimming with character awaits at Water Wheels. Note: Beyond the walled patios at West Dry, Carbis Wharf there is a stream running next to the properties, so please take care.
