Set across one level and hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size and a double, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. There is also a kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room with a woodburning stove. The kitchen is fit with an electric range oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. For entertainment purposes there is a TV and WiFi. The rental price includes use of the oil fired underfloor heating, all fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels. Outside there is off-road parking for one car (There is additional parking at the top of the lane,just past the first buildings on the right as you pull onto the lane) and a courtyard with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Apologies, this property does not permit smoking. For your local conveniences, there is a shop within 1.8 miles and a pub within 1.5 miles. Escape reality with a retreat to Camerton Hall Cottage.
